E-tutoring and Project Design for Strategic Growth

Life-long learning is one of the core driving forces of VVI foundation. We constantly monitor our successes and identify paths for organisational development. Recently we embarked on an exciting journey for professional development of our team via staf mobilities in the KA1 Adult education sector of the Erasmus+ programme. Within the project we will be able to learn E-tutoring and project design from the experienced Italian organisation European Grants International Academy Srl.

Through the implementation of this project, we aim to bolster the organization's development, enabling us to address the learning needs of our target group in a more effective and sustainable way.

Our objectives are to:
- Empower organization's staff members with advanced E-tutoring skills to enhance online education delivery.
- Elevate the educational experience and international cooperation of the organisation through developing the skills of 2 staff

members in project design.

The first mobility within this project took place from 4th to 9th November 2024 in Foligno, Italy. Our chairperson Stanimir Kiskinov participated in a "Blended course for Project Proposal Writing", facilitated by the experienced team of EGInA.
